Hannah Walter

Chief of Staff to the CEO

As Chief of Staff to the CEO, Hannah Walter partners closely with the Chief Executive Officer and senior leadership team to drive high-priority strategic initiatives and cross-functional execution at Parabilis Medicines.

Hannah most recently worked in Program and Portfolio Strategy at Moderna, where her responsibilities spanned the product life cycle from early research through U.S. commercial. She shaped portfolio prioritization and investment decisions across the pipeline, evaluated new applications of the mRNA platform based on biological rationale and differentiation, and drove U.S. commercial strategy efforts including go-to-market design, pricing, and account targeting and planning.

Prior to Moderna, Hannah was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group, where she advised biopharma, medtech, and federal health clients across a range of strategic and operational initiatives.

Hannah holds an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.A. in economics, with honors, from the University of Chicago.
