Erin is a skilled pharmaceutical development leader with extensive experience advancing therapies from early development through commercial launch. She previously served as Executive Director and Head of Process Chemistry at Takeda, where she oversaw process validation, regulatory filings, and major innovation initiatives that drove cost and sustainability improvements.

Before that, Erin directed global manufacturing strategy, technology transfer, and CMC activities across a diverse portfolio of programs at Biogen. She has a track record of building high-performing teams and delivering impactful business outcomes, and is passionate about advancing sustainable manufacturing practices and enabling broad access to medicines, aligning scientific innovation with societal benefit.

Erin holds a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania and has authored numerous publications in organic synthesis and process development.
